Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, not only makes a delicate minty tea, but it is also valued as a sacred herb for it's spiritual significance in prayer and religious ceremonies. Tulsi is in the basil family and is especially valued in India where it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for 5,000 years.
Tulsi tastes delicious as both a hot tea or a cold beverage. See Brewing Instructions for ideas.
