Electric Portable Kettle

Now you can brew tea anywhere you travel with our electric Portable Kettle.  The portable kettle's cylindrical shape, weight and size are similar to an average stainless steel water bottle.  It's spill-proof, enabling you to carry hot water with you in your travel bag or backpack. 

Brew tea during airport layovers and on airplane flights.  Plug in while you are at the airport to pass time between flights.  Boil water in the kettle while you are waiting to board the plane.  The insulated kettle will keep your water hot so you can start brewing as soon as the plane takes off.  

Great for excursions to the beach, hikes through the woods, and brewing sessions at the campground.   

The portable kettle takes up very little footprint, which makes it very practical for use in hotel rooms, on busy office desks, or in small dorm rooms.    

The Portable Kettle has four (4) temperature settings:  140°F (for gyokuro green tea);  175°F (for sencha and other green teas); 195°F (for white and oolong teas); and 212°F (for botanicals, black, pu'er, and red teas). 

Please note that at higher altitudes, water boils at a lower temperature.  At sea level, water boils at 212°F, and with each 500-feet increase in elevation, the boiling point of water lowers by 1°F.  Because water boils at 198°F at an elevations of 7,500 feet, adjust the temperature settings on the Portable Kettle to 195°F to avoid spills while heating. 

Be sure to allow water to cool slightly before opening hot kettle to avoid steam and hot water burns.
